Emily Foster, RD is a Nutritionist and Registered Dietitian focused on helping women create “gut calm” around the menopause with her practice A Gutsy Menopause®.
She works with women to help them manage and overcome gut challenges related to hormonal changes such as acid reflux and heartburn, bloating, gas/wind, constipation, diarrhea, IBS flare-ups and SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth). Having dealt with her fair share of gut issues herself Emily takes a holistic approach with her clients and incorporates mindfulness, stress management and sometimes even Reiki into her work.
