Sonya Lovell is a Podcaster, Advocate, Speaker and Breast Cancer survivor who experienced the chaos of induced menopause when she was 47. Today she interviews leading local and global experts and commentators on menopausal care, mental health and across all levels of government.

Leaning heavily into her lived experience of being unsupported, unprepared and seriously under-educated through her menopause, Sonya advocates for challenging societal stigmas and taboos, and for promoting better education and resources for all people as they transition through menopause.

As a speaker, Sonya is an accomplished voice in normalising the conversation around menopause and through her own story empowers leadership, advocacy and resilience.
