Amazing resource for perimenopausal and menopausal women

I recently partook in a menopause workshop run by Sonia Lovell and found out about her podcast. I have been listening to the episodes the past fortnight and find them to be incredibly informative, supportive and overall enjoyable to listen to. It’s an amazing thing to find out that I am not alone in this perimenopause journey and I thank Sonia for her hard work in putting together this podcast which really is a gem. Thank you.
